What You’ll Do
In this role, you will handle core financial functions that drive the business forward. Key responsibilities include:
Managing accounts payable and receivable, including payroll
Preparing monthly financial statements and reports
Ensuring compliance with GRA, SSNIT, and pension regulations
Keeping accurate and clean financial records
Supporting budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis
Collaborating with Finance and Operations teams
Coordinating with auditors when needed
What You’ll Bring
To succeed in this position, you’ll need:
A degree in Accounting or Finance
2–3 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in Excel, Xero, Tally, or QuickBooks
A good grasp of GRA tax regulations
ICA (Ghana) or ACCA Level 2 certification
Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude
