We are actively seeking a skilled and driven Transport Manager with solid logistics experience to join our dynamic team at Movis Logistics.
In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of our transport operations. From fuel systems to fleet efficiency—you will ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate maintenance schedules for all equipment
Implement and manage a robust Fuel Management System
Lead onboarding and supervision of Third-Party Contractors
Ensure optimal fleet performance at all times
Prepare detailed cost and revenue reports for transport functions
Recruit and manage drivers and support staff
Collaborate with procurement on transporter contracts
Enforce road safety compliance among all drivers
Track data on vehicles and driver activities
Maintain driver rosters and trip records
Drive initiatives to improve fleet utilization
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management
5+ years in Transport Management, Logistics or Freight Forwarding
Strong knowledge of Transport Management Systems
Experience with data analytics and performance monitoring
Excellent people management skills
